Chair Yoga

Yoga for ALL bodies and levels of accessibility, not matter what your fitness level. Join me in this four sessions where we will explore a range of yoga poses and sequences designed to keep you active, fit and energized. You will tune into your body, calm your mind, as well as strengthen your body and improve mobility and flexibility. Props: folding chair or a sturdy chair with no arm rests, blocks and strap are helpful to have.
