    Yoga Teacher with over 30 years of combined experience as a science and yoga instructor.

    My mission is to help you personalize your practice so that it works in and for your body. This isn't your cookie cutter style of yoga, it is 100% personalized for you, your body, and your needs. I'm know for my authentic teaching style that meets you where you are and helps you reach your health and fitness goals.
